Delivery & Pick-Up Information
Wholesale Customers:
Wholesale deliveries are available on Tuesdays and Fridays. A $60 minimum order is required, and a delivery fee may apply.
Retail / Individual Customers:
Retail deliveries require a minimum order of 3 bags or $60, whichever is greater. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. To arrange delivery, please email gotice@ontherockhawaii.com or text 808-356-8752. A delivery fee may apply.
At checkout, you'll be prompted to select either pick-up or delivery. Our studio is located at 99-899 Iwaena St, Suite 112, Aiea, HI 96701. After your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your pick-up time or coordinate delivery.
